Summer Fruit Yoghurt Delight

Ingredients to make Summer Fruit Yoghurt Delight

  • 200 grams thick fresh curd(preferably hung curd)
  • 1/2 tin MILKMAID (Sweetened Condensed Milk)
  • 2 medium sized ripe bananas chopped
  • 1 medium apple cored and cubed
  • 1 cup green grapes chopped
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate kernels
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

How to make Summer Fruit Yoghurt Delight

  1. Beat Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk and lime juice with the help of a blender until smooth.
  2. Whip the curd and fold it into the MILKMAID mixture.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and mix well and keep aside.
  4. Mix all the fruits together and add to the above mixture and mix well.
  5. Add honey if required for sweetness.
  6. Refrigerate for atleast is 2 hours and serve chilled.
  7. Enjoy the delicious and healthy dessert

My Tip:

We can increase or decrease the quantity of fruits as per the choice.
