Makhani Gravy.

Ingredients to make Makhani Gravy.

  • 4 big onion
  • 6 tomatoes.
  • 1 piece ginger.
  • 10 cloves garlic.
  • 2 green chillies.
  • 2 small cardamom.
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 piece dalchini.
  • 1/2 tsp degi mirch.
  • 2 dry red chillies.
  • 4 tsp butter.

How to make Makhani Gravy.

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Golden fry d onion n keep aside.
  3. Nw fry ginger n garlic seperataly n keep aside.
  4. Nw put all dry red chillies n whole garam masala.
  5. Add roughly chopped tomatoes cook till soften.
  6. Nw cool n.grind all d fry ingredients.
  7. Put in a pan.
  8. Add butter.
  9. Nw add degi mirch.
  10. Gravy is ready.
  11. Nw u can add panir...mushroom.or koftas in it.

My Tip:

Add salt when u use it.
