Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Milk 1.5 cups
  2. Condensed milk 4 tbs
  3. Chopped almonds 2 tbs
  4. Chopped pistachios 1 tbs
  5. Saffron Strands 5-6
  6. Fresh rose petals 5-6
  7. Thandai masala 2.5 tbs

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 CUP MILK, ADD 4 TBSP CONDENSED MILK
  2. WHISK WELL FOR 1 MINUTE
  3. ADD 2 TBSP THANDAI MASALA, MIX
  4. STRAIN
  5. ADD 2 TBSP SLIVERED ALMONDS & 1 TBSP PISTACHIOS
  6. ADD 5-6 SAFFRON STRANDS
  7. ADD 5-6 CRUSHED FRESH ROSE PETALS
  8. MIX WELL & SERVE CHILLED
