Ragi Halwa

Ingredients to make Ragi Halwa

  • Ragi flour 1/2 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Milkmaid 2 spoon
  • sugar 1 tsp
  • ghee 2 tsp
  • Dry fruits as required

How to make Ragi Halwa

  1. Roast ragi flour for 5 min in low flame.
  2. In pan heat water.and add little by little flour.stir well to avoid lumps.
  3. Stir continues.now add milk.mix well.
  4. Add sugar and cardamom powder.mix well.add little ghee.
  5. Stir till it reaches thick consistency.now add dry fruits and serve it.
