Ingredients to make Baby Gunjhiya

  • 1 bowl maida
  • 1bowl dryfruits
  • 1/2 bowl milkmaid can
  • 1 bowl mawa
  • oil

How to make Baby Gunjhiya

  1. Take a bowl of maida.
  2. Knead it with luke warm water.
  3. When dough is ready keep it aside.
  4. Now take a wok.add little bit ghee.
  5. Now roast all the dryfruits.
  6. After dryfruits , roast or stir fry maawa also.
  7. After that grind both coarsely.
  8. Mix milkmaid .you can use sugar powder also.
  9. I hv used milkmaid.
  10. Now mix it very well.
  11. Now make very small balls of the dough.
  12. Make small roti of it.
  13. Stuff it at one side of the roti.
  14. Cover or fold it with other side by pasting it with water on the edges.
  15. Now slowly slowly fold the edges.
  16. Heat the oil for frying.
  17. Put one by one gunjhiyas.
  18. And fry it at the low flame.
  19. When it gets brown that means its cooked.
  20. Decorate it with the vark.

My Tip:

Vark is for decorating..not necessary.
