Ingredients to make Veggie omelette with dry maggi

  • egg 1
  • gram flour 1/2 spoon
  • Dry maggi 1 spoon
  • Chopped cucumber 1/2 spoon
  • Chopped capsicum 1/2 spoon
  • Chopped carrot 1/2 spoon
  • Chopped onion 1/2 spoon
  • Chopped tomato 1/2 spoon
  • Chopped cucumber 1/2 spoon
  • Chopped Corainder leaves
  • Black pepper powder
  • salt

How to make Veggie omelette with dry maggi

  1. Whisk 1 whole egg in a bowl till fluffy.
  2. Take another bowl put gram flour, black pepper powder,salt and mix together.
  3. Mix together both the mixers in one bowl and add dry maggi, chopped onion ,tomato,capsicum,carrot,cucumber,coriander leaves.Finally mix the whole mix nicely.
  4. Take a sauce pan, add butter.
  5. When butter melts, you can spread the whole paste properly in a sauce pan.
  6. After that close the lid of sauce pan and wt. for 5m.
  7. Open the lid and flip the dish.
  8. Cut into four pieces.
  9. Serve to your toddlers with tomato sauce or mayonnaise.

My Tip:

Egg shouldn't take directly from freeze
