About Red velvet creamy heart cake Recipe

This recipe is completely my own innovative recipe. Its each of the bite is yummy and mouth melting.

Red velvet creamy heart cake

Ingredients to make Red velvet creamy heart cake

  • Refine flour -1/2 cup
  • Cocoa powder-2tbl spn
  • Baking powder 1/2tspn
  • egg-3
  • butter-2tbl spn
  • Icing sugar-1cup
  • Vanilla ssence-4drops
  • Red food colour-few drops
  • For cream filling---
  • Icing sugar 1/2cup
  • cream1/2CUP
  • butter-1/2cup
  • Cake decorating sprinkle sugar pearl as needed.

How to make Red velvet creamy heart cake

  1. First separate egg whitesand egg yolks in separate bowl.
  2. Beat egg whites with a hand blender adding 1/2 cup sugar gradually .add essence 4 drops.Beat untill double its volume.
  3. Beat egg yolk with remaining sugar and add butter . Beat till look glossy.
  4. Add refine flour and cocoa powder and baking powder into egg yolk mixer with the help of a sifter in 3 batches .
  5. Add colour into egg yolk mixture
  6. Then add gradually egg whites mix to egg yolk mixture. Slowly beat together.
  7. Pour this mixture into a baking dish over a butter paper and bake it in a 180 degree pre heated oven for 15 minutes.
  8. Now for cream filling --take butter , cream and icing sugar in a bowl.
  9. Blend for 10 minutes with handblender. Then keep it in freeze.
  10. Bake it in a 180 degree preheated oven for 15 mints
  11. When cake is done then cut it with a heart shape cookie cutter.
  12. Then ,take a cake ,layer with the cream and keep another cake over it .
  13. Then decorate the top of the cake with cream and sprinkle sugar pearl.

My Tip:

The sizes of cake vary according to the cookie cutter size.You can serve it chill after taking in refrigerator .
