Ingredients to make Milkmaid rasamalai

  • Buffalo milk 2 litres
  • Nestle milkmaid one tin
  • Badam&pistachio small quantity
  • sugar 50gram
  • cardamom 3 number powder
  • Viniger 15 ml
  • saffron small quantity

How to make Milkmaid rasamalai

  1. Take the milk in a vessel and boil and keep aside
  2. Mix viniger and 100 ml water in a bowl
  3. Slowly and the viniger mixer 2times with a break of 10 minutes.
  4. Filter the water & put in cloth hang for some time
  5. Add 1 l water and add 50 g sugar & cardomom boil it
  6. Take the paneer out from the cloth and put in plate & mash it well
  7. Make it like a ball
  8. Make this as like small ball.
  9. Put this in sugar boiled solution
  10. Close with lid and boil for 10 min.Inbetween with spoon seperate it.
  11. After boil, take and remove the water from it
  12. Add 1 tin MILK MAID in bowl
  13. Put that rasagulla in MILK MAID for 15 min
  14. For garnishing add pista and almond.Milk maid rasamalaai ready!

As your wish you can make shapes of rasagulla
