  • cauliflower...1bowl
  • potato...1
  • Onion_ginger_red chilli paste...1tspn
  • turmeric powder...1tspn
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder...2tspn
  • cumin powder...1tspn
  • coriander leaves

How to make Parshe jhol...

  1. MARINATE THE FISH WITH SALT TURMERIC POWDER
  2. MARINATE IT FOR 10 MINS
  3. HEAT OIL & SHALLOW FRY THE FISH
  4. ADD PANCH FORON MASALA & FRY CAULIFLOWER & POTATO.TAKE OUT AFTER FRYING
  5. NOW ADD 1TSPN ONION_RED CHILLI_GINGER PASTE
  6. ADD FRIED CAULIFLOWER & POTATO.
  7. ADD 1TSPN EACH TURMERIC, KASHMIRI RED CHILI, SALT & CUMIN POWDER
  8. AFTER FEW MINS ADD SOME HOT WATER TO MAKE GRAVY.
  9. WHEN THE GRAVY WILL STARTS TO LEAVE BUBBLE ADD FRIED FISH
  10. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES
