Chicken & Oat Lollipops

Ingredients to make Chicken & Oat Lollipops

  • 250 gms Chicken keema
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 50 gms Oats
  • Ginger- garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 pinches of home made garam masala
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • Handful of green coriander chopped
  • Oil for shallow frying
  • Few lolly sticks
  • 1/2 spoon chat masala
  • Some bread crumbs

How to make Chicken & Oat Lollipops

  1. Take some oil in a pan and add chopped onions.
  2. Once the onions turn half golden brown in colour, then add the chicken keema.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and all the dry spices. Then add the oats and green chilli, coriander and mix properly.
  4. Make balls and set it onto the lolly stick, coat them with bread crumbs.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry till they cook properly.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and onion rings and serve it hot.
My Tip: Do not deep fry this dish, it should only be shallow fried.
