Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250 grams boneless chicken
  2. 6 to 8 pear onions
  3. 1/2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  4. 3 tbsp thickcurd
  5. 25 almond
  6. 8 cashew
  7. 2 green chilli
  8. 2 tbsp butter
  9. 1 tbsp oil
  10. salt to taste
  11. 2 tsp cumin powder
  12. 1 /2 tbsp coriander powder
  13. 6 person onion for tadka
  14. 1 green chilli finely chopped for tadka

Instructions

  1. take microwave bowl add pearl onion cashew almond and green chilli add 1/4 cup water on high mode cook for 3 to 4 minutes keep aside to cool
  2. slice 6 onion and 1 green chilli
  3. heat the pan add 2 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp oil when oil is hot add sliced onion stir then add green chilli stir
  4. for 1 minute now add ginger garlic paste stir until raw smell evaporates
  5. when raw smell evaporate add cumin powder and coriander powder mix well
  6. now add cleaned and washed chicken mix well on a high flame for 2 minutes
  7. after 2 minutes add thick curd mix well and cook on a low flame for 5 minutes on a low flame mean while make a paste if cashew
  8. now add cashew paste mix well adjust salt simmer for 5 minutes adding 1/2 water mix well cover and cook after 5 minutes switch off the flame yummy and tasty chicken white korma is ready thank you happy cooking
