Choco Rose Rolls

Ingredients to make Choco Rose Rolls

  • maida- 4cups
  • yeast - 1tablespoon
  • salt - 1teaspoon
  • oil- 4tablespoon
  • egg- 1+1
  • sugar- 1teaspoon
  • Bakingpowder - 1/4teaspoon
  • water- (as needed to knead dough)
  • Chocochips- 1/4cup
  • butter-4 tablespoon
  • White seasme seed- 2 tablespoon

How to make Choco Rose Rolls

  1. Put maida, salt, baking powder, yeast, egg, sugar all together in a bowl add water and make a nice dough.
  2. Finally add oil and knead well.
  3. Leave it for 1hour to raise double.
  4. Take small balls out of dough roll in a circle shape cut four sides add chocochips in the middle and form into rose shape.
  5. Brush with beaten eggs and sprinkle seasme seeds.
  6. Bake it for 25minutes at 180°degree celcius.
