Take 8 teaspoon of custard powder in a glass . Pour little milk into it and mix well.
Take a non stick pan pour the remaining milk and let them boil
Add milk maid nestle and 1/2 sugar into boiling milk and mix well.
Then add the custard mixture , vanilla essence and mix well. Cook until it becomes smooth and thick while stirring constantly.
Remove the pan from heat. Let them cool completely
Then mix it with hand mixer So that it becomes creamy and smooth.
Then let us make cocoa custard out of it by taking a cup of custard from it
Add cocoa powder and mix well with hand mixer. Chocolate custard ready.
Transfer both custard to a small bowls press waxed paper onto surface of custard. Refrigerate until chilled.
Meanwhile let us make kiwi pulp.. Cut each kiwi into pieces
Combine it with 1/2 cup of sugar in a saucepan and cook for 2 minutes and let them cool.
Roast cashews and raisins in ghee cook for two minutes.
Just before serving, assemble the eight parfaits . Place a spoon full of chocolate cake crumbs in the bottom of each individual dessert or parfait glass. Ladle the custard over the cake.
Spoon chocolate custard and roasted nuts , corn flakes and then again custard .
Garnish the above parfaits with kiwi pulp, roasted nuts and cornflakes
Decorate with KitKat bar on each parfait glasses
Duo custard fantasy is ready to serve
