Jimikand(Yam)Matar.

Ingredients to make Jimikand(Yam)Matar.

  • 1/2kg jimikand.
  • 1cup green peas.
  • 2 onion.
  • 4 tomato.
  • 1tsp gng paste.
  • salt.
  • 1/4tsp cumin seeds.
  • 1/4tsp red chilli.
  • 1/4tsp turmeric.
  • 1/4tsp garam masala.

How to make Jimikand(Yam)Matar.

  1. Peel.dice n wash d jimikand.
  2. Dry it.
  3. Nw heat d oil n fry it.
  4. Keep aside.
  5. Heat oil in a cooker.
  6. Add cumin seeds.
  7. Add chopp onion
  8. Add gng paste.
  9. Add chopp tomatoes.
  10. Add green peas n jimikand.
  11. Cook in d masala.
  12. Nw add 2 cup water.
  13. Cook till 2 whistle.
  14. Serve with chapati.

My Tip:

U can boil d yam.
