About Semolina Bread Recipe

Semolina bread is quick and tasty snack .you can serve it in breakfast or in evening snack. you can serve it in party. it is like a small pizza type starter.

Semolina Bread

Ingredients to make Semolina Bread

  • semolina 1 cup
  • Bread 4
  • salt 1 tsp or to taste
  • black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • chopped capsicum( green, red, yellow)
  • chopped onion
  • Chopped green chilli
  • curry leaves
  • Chopped tomato
  • chopped beans
  • Thick curd 3 tbsp
  • oil

How to make Semolina Bread

  1. firstly prepare all the ingredients
  2. Now take a bowl add semolina and 1 cup water in it and keep it aside for 15 minutes .after 15 minutes, add capsicum ,onion,curry leaves, beans, green chillies,curd, black pepper, salt in it and mix it well .
  3. pour 1 tsp oil on tawa and let it heat. Apply this mixture on one side of bread slice and put it on medium hot tawa. keep the topping on above side . now cook it on medium flame.
  4. when one side become crispy then flip it and pour a little bit oil all around and cook it from the topping side on medium flame.
  5. prepare all bread slices by using the same method. now cut the bread slices in triangular shape if you want and serve it with your favourite sauce.

My Tip:

you can add toppings of your choice
