Ingredients to make Instant semolina Maggi bread

  • Semolina 2 cups
  • Maggi 1 packet
  • red, yellow and green bell peppers
  • salt as per taste
  • baking powder 3/4 teaspoon
  • Baking soda 1/4 tsp
  • spring onions finely chopped
  • Curd 1 cup
  • Green chilli as per taste

How to make Instant semolina Maggi bread

  1. In a bowl add curd and semolina
  2. whisk it for two minutes
  3. add baking powder and soda
  4. prepare Maggi as per instructions
  5. add 50 gms of more water
  6. cool Maggi after its cooked
  7. let extra water be there in Maggi
  8. now add cooled Maggi to semolina
  9. add green chilli paste
  10. add veggies keep little for topping
  11. add spring onion
  12. add Maggi masala extra in the batter
  13. pour this in the greased pan
  14. top with little veggies
  15. bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes
  16. brush with butter
  17. bake for 5 more minutes
My Tip: You can add Maggi also on topping with veggies.
