Ingredients to make Lapsi

  • Daliya 1 cup
  • ghee 4 tablespoon
  • water 3 cups
  • jaggery 1 cup
  • Grated cocount 2 tablespoon

How to make Lapsi

  1. IN COOKER HEAT 3 TABLE SPOON GHEE
  2. ADD 1 CUP OF DALIYA.SAUTE IT TILL GOLDEN COLOUR APPEAR
  3. ADD 2 CUPS OF WATER
  4. COVER WITH LEAD AND COOK FOR 2 WHISTELS
  5. AFTER COOLING MIX WELL.
  6. AND ADD 1 CUP OF CHOPPED JAGGERY. AND 1/2OF WATER
  7. ADD 1 TABLESPON GHEE
  8. AGAIN COVER WITH LEAD AND TAKE 1 WHISTEL
  9. REMOVE LEAD
  10. MUX WELL ADD GRATED COCOUNT
