Ingredients to make Grandma's Triangular Chapathi

  • wheat flour 1 1/2 cup + 1/2 cup
  • water 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • Cooking oil 1/4 cup

How to make Grandma's Triangular Chapathi

  1. COMBINE WHEAT FLOUR WITH WATER
  2. MIX WELL
  3. ADD SALT
  4. MAKE SMOOTH DOUGH
  5. DEVIDE THE DOUGH INTO ORANGE SIZED BALLS
  6. SPRINKLE WHEAT FLOUR
  7. PRESS THE DOUGH BALL IN WHEAT FLOUR AND ROLL
  8. FOLD IN TRIANGULAR SHAPE
  9. SPRINKLE SOME FLOUR AND ROLL AGAIN
  10. ROAST IT ON HOT TAWA
  11. FLIP, DRIZZLE SOME OIL
  12. FLIP AND COOK BOTH THE SIDES, REMOVE AND SERVE
