  • onion chopped 1 cup
  • curry leaves few
  • mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • urad dal 1 tsp
  • red chilli 1
  • Cooking oil 2 tsp

  1. HEAT OIL
  2. ADD MUSTARD SEEDS, URAD DAL, RED CHILLI, LET IT CRACKLE
  3. ADD CURRY LEAVES AND CHOPPED ONION, FRY TILL TENDER
  4. TOMATOES
  5. ADD TURMERIC POWDER AND RED CHILLI POWDER
  6. ADD SALT AND FRY UNTIL TENDER
  7. STRAIN COOKED BROWN CHICKPEAS
