Fish curry

Ingredients to make Fish curry

  • 1/2 kg katla Fish
  • 1/2 cup onion shallots
  • 5 garlics
  • 1 Teaspoon of cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper cornels
  • Few fenugreek seeds
  • Few curry leaves
  • 3 midum size tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoon of red chilli POWDER
  • 2 teaspoon of coriander powder
  • 1/2 cup Fresh coconut pieces
  • Few coriander leavs
  • 4 teaspoon of vegetable oil
  • 1)2 cup tamarind water

How to make Fish curry

  1. TAKE A MIXER JAR AND ADD ONION 1/4 CUP OF SHALLOTS, 3 MIDUM TOMATOES
  2. ADD 1/4 CUP OF FRESH COCONUT PIECES
  3. ADD 2 TEASPOON OF RED CHILLI POWDER, 2 TEASPOON OF CORIANDER POWDER
  4. ADD 1/2 TEASPOON OF CUMIN SEEDS
  5. GRIND WELL AND KEEP ASIDE
  6. HEAT A PAN AND ADD OIL
  7. ADD FEW FENUGREEK SEEDS
  8. ADD 1/4 TEASPOON OF CUMIN SEEDS
  9. ADD 1/4 TEASPOON OF PEPPER CORNELS
  10. ADD 2 TEASPOON OF ONION SHALLOTS AND ADD 1 TEASPOON OF GARLIC SAUTE WELL
  11. ADD FEW CURRY LEAVES
  12. ADD MASALA MIXTURE
  13. SAUTE WELL AND ADD 1/2 CUP OF TAMARIND WATER
  14. ADD SALT TO TASTE AND MIX WELL
  15. ADD 1CUP OF WATER AND COOK FOR 15 MINUTES
  16. WASHED THE FISHES
  17. AFTER 15 MINUTES ADD THE FISHES
  18. COOK FOR 5 MINUTES ONLY
  19. AFTER COOK SPRINKLE SOME CORIANDER LEAVS AND SWITCH OFF THE FLAME
  20. FISH CURRY IS READY TO SERVE
