ABOUT Spaghetti Rosa with Rajma RECIPE

A fusion dish of Indian twist with spaghetti.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled rajma 1 bowl
  2. 1 packet spaghetti
  3. Chopped onion 3
  4. Tomatoes chopped 3
  5. White sauce
  6. Cheese cube
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tsp oregano
  10. Pepper to taste
  11. 1/4 cup grated cheese
  12. Olive oil as required to saute vegetables

Instructions

  1. In a pan, saute the onion, tomatoes and smash with a potato smasher. Saute it properly while stirring it. Then add salt, chilli and oregano.
  2. Add the boil rajma and white sauce along with 1 spoon of butter.
  3. You can add vegetables as per your taste. Add the salt, chilli, oregano as well as per your taste.
  4. If you want gravy you can add more white sauce along with alot of cheese.
  5. Serve it hot.
