Yummy,tasty easy to make suji cutlets are ideal for snack time.

Suji cutlets

Ingredients to make Suji cutlets

  • 1/2 cup Suji
  • 1.5 cup water
  • 1 boil potato
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp haldi
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 2 tsp cornflour
  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  • coriander leaves
  • oil for frying

How to make Suji cutlets

  1. Take a pan add suji
  2. Stir it and roast it
  3. Add water and stir it
  4. As it start to begin thick add oil
  5. Mix it and cover for 3-4 min.
  6. It all come together cool a little
  7. Grate boil potato
  8. Add potato,chilli and ginger garlic paste
  9. Add spices and mix
  10. Lastly add flakes and coriander leaves
  11. Grease a tray and transfer all mixture in tray
  12. Spread evenly
  13. And keep in Freeze
  14. At the time of serving cut them in desired shapes
  15. Heat oil and fry
  16. Serve with sauce
