Farali Aalu Tikki

Ingredients to make Farali Aalu Tikki

  • Boiled potato 2 medium size
  • Roasted peanuts Powder 1/8 cup
  • almond 3-4 nos.
  • cashew 3-4 nos.
  • Green Chili 1 nos.
  • Singota Powder 1 tb.sp.
  • lemon Juice 1/2 tb.sp.
  • salt as your test (sindhav)
  • oil 1/2 tb.sp. for cello fry

How to make Farali Aalu Tikki

  1. Mashed boiled potatoes
  2. Add peanut powder, singota powder, almond, cashew, chilli, salt and lemon juice
  3. Mix all ingredients
  4. Take oil in hand and make a tilkki
  5. Now mix peanut powder and singota powder
  6. Covers the tikki with powder
  7. Take a pen and spread the oil
  8. Now put the tikki
  9. And cooked both side
  10. Served hot

My Tip:

You may also add soaked sabudana and served with farali coconut chantey
