About Curd paneer veg kebab Recipe

This is a healthy tea time snack with paneer and curd as main ingredients. It can be done within 15 minutes and great for kids and elders for tea time snack as we pan fry and amount of oil is less.

Ingredients to make Curd paneer veg kebab

  • paneer -1 cup
  • Thick curd /hung curd-1/2 cup
  • chilli powder-1/2 teaspoon
  • pepper powder-1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala -1/2 teaspoon
  • salt
  • Bread crumbs powder -1/4 cup
  • Corn flour -3 tablespoon
  • besan -2 tablespoon
  • oil for pan fry
  • coriander leaves handful

How to make Curd paneer veg kebab

  1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients except oil and besan. Mix them well and the dough should not be very sticky . If necessary add cornflour a little more. Donot add water.
  2. In a kadai dry roast besan for few minutes in medium flame until golden brown.This is necessary as the besan will not have a raw smell if roasted.
  3. Now make balls from the mixture and flat them little like cutlets.
  4. Dip the kebabs in besan flour on all sides and place in a hot tawa.
  5. Drizzle few drops of oil around the kebab and fry in low heat until golden brown.
  6. Serve with tomato sauce or green chutney.
