Rose Thandai

Ingredients to make Rose Thandai

  • 2tbsp Castor sugar
  • 4 tbsp Thandai powder
  • rose syrup 60ml
  • Milk half a litre
  • Few strands of saffron
  • few flakes of pistachios, cashew and almonds

How to make Rose Thandai

  1. Add the powder sugar, thandai powder to the milk and give it a blend and strain it.
  2. Add ice cubes in a glass then the rose syrup the slowly pour the milk in it.Then add the flakes of almond pistachio and cashew and a few strand of saffron and serve.
