Ingredients to make Tacos (holi recipe)

  • 2 bowls makki ka atta
  • 2 bowls wheat flour
  • salt
  • oil
  • Chopped onion
  • carrot grated
  • Cheese grated
  • tomatoes chopped
  • cabbage chopped
  • Boil beans (first soak in water for 5/6hrs. And boil with salt)
  • For Beans Gravy- 4 tomatoes
  • salt
  • haldi- 1/2 tsp
  • Dhaniya powder- 1/2 tsp
  • chilly- 1
  • 3 onions
  • green chillies- 2

How to make Tacos (holi recipe)

  1. First make dough adding salt and oil 3 spoons. Roll out and fry in taco shape. And turn from between and let it cool. And keep in air tight container. You can make 1day before. That way its easy to serve.
  2. Now in a pan take oil add chopped onion and tomatoes press with potato smasher and saute properly, add salt, chilly, haldi, dhaniya powder and 2spoon ketchup add Greenchilly paste and coriander leaves. . Mix Boil white beans. And saute properly. Do add Masala's as per your taste.
  3. Plating- In tacos stuff white beans, cabbage, carrot, onion, tomatoes and cheese. Ready to enjoy (rajma must hot and with thick gravy)

My Tip:

In rajma or white beans add 2 spoon ketchup for yummy taste. The rajma gravy should be thick and hot.
