About Khajoor ki Mithai... Recipe

An awesome natural mithai made with dates and nuts. This is one of the most easiest one as well as healthy too due to natural sugars in it. Dates and nuts are full of fibre that helps our mind and body a lot. Enjoy this in any season for a yummy snack on any given day for a wholesome nutrition.

Khajoor ki Mithai...

Ingredients to make Khajoor ki Mithai...

  • dates pitted 2 cups
  • almonds slivered 1/4th cup
  • pistachios slivered 1/4th cup
  • walnuts chopped 1/4th cup
  • cashewnuts chopped 1/2 cup
  • cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

How to make Khajoor ki Mithai...

  1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl.
  2. Mix well and add into a rectangular dish.
  3. Refrigerate it for an hour. Keep it well covered with an aluminium foil.
  4. After an hour, slice them into square shapes and enjoy.
  5. Keeps fresh for 15 to 20 days if refrigerated. In winters there is no need to refrigerate.
