Dry chhole

Ingredients to make Dry chhole

  • Chhole 1 cup
  • tomato 1 chopped
  • oil as required
  • red chilly powder 1 spoon
  • turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  • Garam masala powder 1 spoon

How to make Dry chhole

  1. Take a chhole .soak in the water. For 6 hours.
  2. Drain it and boil it
  3. Then take a pan. Add oil 2 spoon.
  4. Then add tomato saute it.
  5. Add all spices.
  6. Add chhole.
  7. Then mix well.
  8. Serve it

My Tip:

You can also add lemon juice in it.
