Paneer vindaloo

Ingredients to make Paneer vindaloo

  • 300 gram paneer
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds
  • 3 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/3 cup fresh grated coconut
  • 5 cloves
  • 1 inch cinnamon stick
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp jaggery
  • salt to taste
  • 1 cup water

How to make Paneer vindaloo

  1. CUMIN SEEDS 1 TSP, CORIANDER SEEDS 1 TSP
  2. DRY RED CHILLIS 8-9, 2 TSP MUSTARD SEEDS
  3. 1/3 CUP FRESH GRATED COCONUT
  4. GRIND IT TO A FINE PASTE
  5. ADD THIS PASTE IN 300 GRAM PANEER
  6. ADD 1 TSP GINGER, GARLIC PASTE, 1 TSP,1 TBSP LEMON JUICE
  7. 1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER, SALT TO TASTE
  8. COAT THE PANEER IN THIS PASTE
  9. COVER AND MARINATE FOR 1 HOUR
  10. HEAT 3 TBSP OIL
  11. 5 CLOVES, 1 INCH CINNAMON STICK, 1 CUP CHOPPED ONION
  12. FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
  13. ADD 1 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND FRY FOR 5 MINUTE
  14. ADD THE MARINATED PANEER
  15. FRY UNTIL THE PIECE ARE WELL SEARED
  16. ADD 1 TSP PAPRIKA ,SALT TO TASTE
  17. 1 TSP JAGGERY ,RESERVED MARINAD .
  18. 1/4 CUP WATER,MIX WELL, COVER IT. AND BRING IT TO A BOIL UNTIL PANEER BECOME TENDER
  19. TURN OF THE FLAME, GARNISH WITH HANDFUL CHOPPED FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES
  20. SERVE HOT WITH CHAPATI OR PARTHA
  21. ENJOY
