It is a unique recipi of chilla.here i used 4 typed of daal

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 4 types of daal(mug,masur,chanadal and seedless urad dal)50 gm each
  2. Chopped onion,ginger,gerlic,green chilli,coriander leaves(as per need)
  3. Salt,suger,taste wise
  4. Moida

Instructions

  1. Soak 4types of daal for 4/5 hours
  2. Paste daal
  3. In a bowl mix that dall and all indigrent.and make a thich batter
  4. Now put some oil in a nonstick pan when oil become hot take some batter and spread it in pan.fry it by spinkle some water
  5. When one side fry is complete do the same with another side
  6. It shape will be butter fry Alike
