A crispy tasty snack.

Cabbage vada.

Ingredients to make Cabbage vada.

  • Grated cabbage 1 cup
  • Basan 1 cup
  • onion 1 small chopped
  • green chillies 2 chopped
  • coriander leaves chopped 3 tbsp
  • chilli powder 1/4 tsp
  • coriander powder 1/4 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste 1/4 tsp
  • Garam masala 2 pinch
  • salt
  • oil to deep fry

How to make Cabbage vada.

  1. Mix all ingredients except oil & make a dough adding some water.
  2. Heat oil.
  3. Take small lemon size balls from the dough , flatten then with hands & deep fry in oil.
  4. Serve hot with ketchup.
