It is a different types of khicudhi made up of chana.all though chana is not a main indrogents

Chanar bhuna khichudi

Ingredients to make Chanar bhuna khichudi

  • Gobindobhag rice 500gm
  • Sonamug dal 500gm
  • 1 kg milk
  • Jeera,gorom masala,red chilli(as per need)
  • Chopped tomato 2 pcs
  • Boil potato 2cup
  • Salt,turmeric,chiili powder testewise
  • Alu bokhra
  • kaju
  • ghee
  • gorom masala powder

How to make Chanar bhuna khichudi

  1. Make chhena with milk by using lemon juice.
  2. Roasted sona mug dal without oil.
  3. Now heat oil and add jeera,gorom masala,bayleaf,red chilli.stir it very well.
  4. Now add chopped tomato,boil potato,salt,turmeric,chillli.stir it and pour water and cook for some times.
  5. Now add gobindobhog rice,sona mug dal,chana,stir it...and cook for 15 to 20 minute.
  6. When it khicudhi is ready add ghee
  7. Decorate with alubhokra and kaju
