  1. Cooking oil 5 tsp + 3 tsp
  2. Red chilli 1
  3. Urad dal 2 tsp
  4. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  5. Paneer cubes 1/2 cup
  6. Bombay rava 2 cup
  7. Boiling water 5 cup
  8. Chopped ginger 1"
  9. Chopped tomato 1 cup
  10. Chopped spring onion 1 cup
  11. Chopped carrot 1 cup
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Grated coconut 1 cup
  14. Curry leaves few

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL
  2. SEASONING
  3. FRY PANEER CUBES, KEEP ASIDE
  4. BOMBAY RAVA
  5. FRY TILL GOOD AROMA
  6. ADD BOILING WATER
  7. CHOPPED GINGER AND TOMATO
  8. ADD CHOPPED CARROT AND SPRING ONION, STIR TILL TRANSULANT AND EVAPORATE OF WATER
  9. ADD SALT AND MIX WELL
  10. ADD SOME OIL
  11. FRIED GROUNDNUT
  12. GRATED COCONUT
  13. SAUTE WELL
  14. ADD CURRY LEAVES, FRIED PANEER AND SERVE IN HOT
