Ingredients to make Paneer Mixed Rava Upma

  • Cooking oil 5 tsp + 3 tsp
  • red chilli 1
  • urad dal 2 tsp
  • mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • paneer cubes 1/2 cup
  • Bombay rava 2 cup
  • Boiling water 5 cup
  • Chopped ginger 1"
  • Chopped tomato 1 cup
  • Chopped spring onion 1 cup
  • Chopped carrot 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • Grated coconut 1 cup
  • curry leaves few

How to make Paneer Mixed Rava Upma

  1. HEAT OIL
  2. SEASONING
  3. FRY PANEER CUBES, KEEP ASIDE
  4. BOMBAY RAVA
  5. FRY TILL GOOD AROMA
  6. ADD BOILING WATER
  7. CHOPPED GINGER AND TOMATO
  8. ADD CHOPPED CARROT AND SPRING ONION, STIR TILL TRANSULANT AND EVAPORATE OF WATER
  9. ADD SALT AND MIX WELL
  10. ADD SOME OIL
  11. FRIED GROUNDNUT
  12. GRATED COCONUT
  13. SAUTE WELL
  14. ADD CURRY LEAVES, FRIED PANEER AND SERVE IN HOT
