Ingredients to make Ghee roast

  • Boiled rice 1 cup
  • Urud dal 1/4 cup
  • fenugreek seed 1 teaspoon
  • ghee 6 teaspoon
  • salt

How to make Ghee roast

  1. Soak rice Dal and fenugreek for 2 hours
  2. Add salt
  3. Keep overnight for fermentation
  4. Make thin dosa and sprinkle ghee over it and cook in low flame till crispy
  5. Serve with sambar
