Ingredients to make home made falooda with home made icecream

  • for making falooda
  • 1 and half cup water
  • half cup cornflour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • for ice cream
  • 500 litres full fat milk
  • powdered milk 2 full spons
  • cardamom or elaichi 5 pieces
  • for serving
  • crushed ice as your choice
  • milk with sugar mixed
  • roohafza 4 spoons
  • for garnishing
  • roohafsa 1 tbsp
  • kishmish or raisins or any dry fruit as per your choice

How to make home made falooda with home made icecream

  1. for falooda
  2. take a non stick pan add water, cornflour, sugar and keep stirring till it becomes glossy and changes its colour
  3. once the mixture gets ready add it to a squeezer bottle and squeeze out thin strips while doing this you have to take a bowl with cold water and ice cubes and squeeze into that keep in refrigirator
  4. for icecream
  5. take a bowl add milk , milk powder , elaichi and sugar and boil till its half after it becomes cool keep in freezer to set for 2 hours stir in between
  6. now after everything is ready take a serving glass and crushed ice , falooda , roohafza, milk, and pour icecream on the top
  7. garnish with roohfza and raisins
  8. serve chilled

My Tip:

if you dont want to add milk powder don't add instead , add milkmaid
