Bharwan bhindi

Ingredients to make Bharwan bhindi

  • Lady finger 250 gms
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 1tsp amchur powder
  • salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • Pinch of hing

How to make Bharwan bhindi

  1. Cut both ends of lady finger and just give a slit in middle vertically to fill the masala.
  2. Mix all the dry spice powders and salt properly. Check the salt and chilli as per your taste.
  3. Fill each lady finger with this masala and keep aside.
  4. Take a non stick pan. Heat oil in it.
  5. Put pinch of hing and all the lady finger one by one in it.
  6. Check after few minutes and keep tossing it.
  7. Once ready serve hot with roti.
