About Sandwich samosa Recipe

Sandwich samosa

Ingredients to make Sandwich samosa

  • 6 bread slices
  • 2 tsp butter / ghee for spreading
  • 2 tsp butter / ghee for cooking
  • Stuffing: 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 2 boiled potatoes ( peeled,mashed)
  • 2 tsp finely chopped coriender
  • 1/2 tsp chilli pwr
  • 1/2 tsp coriender pwr
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds pwr
  • 2 green chilli chopped
  • 1 inch ginger piece chopped
  • 1/2 tsp chat masala
  • 1 tbsp boiled moong dal
  • 1 tbsp boiled peas
  • 1 /2 cup tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup green coriender chutney

How to make Sandwich samosa

  1. Take a bowl add mashed potatoes,green chilli add onions ,peas ( boiled) moong dal (boiled) ginger ,coriender leaves and 1/2 tsp salt mix it well.
  2. Add green chutney ,chat masala and red chilli pwr again mix. All the ingredients well now the filling is ready.
  3. Take 2 slices of bread & cut its edges and with a help of a small steel bowl give a round shape to the slice.
  4. First put sauce on the bread then add the stuffing on the bread.
  5. Add ghee/ butter on the griddle ( tawa) and toast the bread both sides to give brown colour and crisp
  6. Cut the slices from the middle and add green chutney from the the edges and roll it in bhujia and then serve it hot and spicy sandwich samosa.
