Chocolate Cake with Cream Icing

Ingredients to make Chocolate Cake with Cream Icing

  • Butter 1 and 1/2 cup
  • Drinking Chocolate Powder - 4 tsp
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Eggs 3
  • Whipping Cream - 1 cup
  • Condensed milk - 1/2 cup

How to make Chocolate Cake with Cream Icing

  1. Beat the butter and sugar till it's nicely mixed together.
  2. Add 3 eggs and beat on a high speed using the beater till it becomes creamy. Next, add drinking chocolate powder, flour, milk and mix it well.
  3. Pour this batter into a greased baking dish and bake it for 30 mins at 180 degrees celsius.
  4. Combine the whipping cream and condensed milk together to decorate the cake with this icing. (You can add choco cjips or colorful sugar balls as well).
  5. Once the icing is decorated, serve the cake.
My Tip: It can also be served with hot or cold chocolate sauce.
