Ingredients to make paneer kesari tikka

  • hung curd 1cup
  • cottage cheese 500gm
  • onion -2 diced
  • bell peppers-2diced
  • tomatoes-2 diced
  • ginger&garlic paste 4tsp each
  • salt to taste
  • degi mirch 2-3 tsp
  • tandoori masala 1tsp
  • jeera powder 1tsp
  • haldi powder 1/2tsp
  • oil 1tsp
  • chat masala -2 tsp
  • kitchen king -1 tsp
  • lemon juice -1 tsp
  • roasted besan / cornflour -1 tbsp

How to make paneer kesari tikka

  1. Firstly we have to prepare hung curd
  2. To hung curd put all the masalas other than vegetables
  3. now put all the vegetables and mix well
  4. keep aside for atleast 30 mins if you have less time .otherwise keep in fridge for 1-2hrs
  5. preheat oven for 10mins at 250c
  6. now put paneer nd other vegetables in skweres and put in oven at 180c for 10-12 mins
  7. serve with mint chutney
