Sweet corn toast n veg kabab with mint chutney n tomato sause

Ingredients to make Sweet corn toast n veg kabab with mint chutney n tomato sause

  • 5 Toasts cut rond shape
  • 1 cup bread grams
  • 1 cup sweet corn boiled
  • 1 cup maida
  • 1 tsp jeera powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • Pinch turmeric powder
  • oil as need
  • Kabab sticks 3
  • Half cup :::carrot ,potato, mutter, beans cut peices n boiled
  • Ti 1 tsp for garnish
  • Half cup corn flour
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • 2 tsp ghee

How to make Sweet corn toast n veg kabab with mint chutney n tomato sause

  1. Take a bowl put boiled sweet corn ,potat ,salt ,half tsp chili powder, carot grated,onions chopped,chat masala mixe up all these well .
  2. Take toast apply butter keep above mixture and stick till seeds do all these toasts
  3. Fri for keep on fri pan both sides put ghee or butter shallow fri ..
  4. For kabab: Take a bowl put boiled carrot, potato, mutter, beans make paste add salt,chilli powder, chat masala,jera powder, maida, corn flour mix up all these add lemon mix again take stik paste the kabab batter on to stick
  5. Keep on fri pan add butter fri until gold colour
  6. Ready to serve toast n kabab serve as ketchup n min chutney

My Tip:

Use maida or corn for binding
