About Til dry fruit chikki Recipe

It is very crispy and yummy.

Til dry fruit chikki

Ingredients to make Til dry fruit chikki

  • sesame seeds 1 cup
  • sugar 1 cup
  • ghee 1 tsp
  • Chopped cashew nuts 15-20
  • Chopped pistachios 15-20
  • cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

How to make Til dry fruit chikki

  1. Heat a pan, add the sesame seeds and roast it lightly or until they pop up. Then put them out in a plate to cool.
  2. Once again, heat a pan, add in ghee and sugar. Let it melt completely on a medium flame while stirring continuously. Then turn off the flame.
  3. Now add in the sesame seeds, dry fruits and cardamom powder. Mix it well together.
  4. Pour this mixture over the greased board. Instantly roll it into a thin sheet with a greased rolling pin and cut into pieces.
  5. Place them in a plate to serve.

My Tip:

Do not over roast the sesame seeds.
