Ingredients to make Idly or dosa pir pir

  • Idly or thick dosa made before 4 hours at least 4 numbers
  • onion chopped 1 number
  • chana dal 1/4 cup
  • Sambhar dal 1/4 cup
  • red chilly 8 numbers
  • Urud dal 4 tablespoon
  • salt
  • garlic 4 numbers
  • mustard seed 1 teaspoon
  • Urd dal 1 teaspoon
  • curry leaves

How to make Idly or dosa pir pir

  1. Dry fry all dams separately
  2. Fry red chilly
  3. Powder these adding garlic and salt
  4. Crumble idly and add oil 1 tablespoon and mix
  5. Add salt powder 2 tablespoon in it and mix well
  6. In a kadai add oil and mustard and urddal
  7. add onion and curry leaves and saute
  8. Add crumbled idly mix well
  9. Serve hot
