Stuffed Egg Bonda

Ingredients to make Stuffed Egg Bonda

  • Egg 5
  • Patoto 4
  • Carrot and Beans 50 gms
  • Pea 20 gms
  • Chopped onions 3
  • Chopped Green chilli 5
  • Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 pinch
  • Chilly powder as desired
  • All purpose flour for batter
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

How to make Stuffed Egg Bonda

  1. Boil the eggs and keep aside to cool.
  2. Cut open to extract the egg yolk.
  3. Boil all the vegetables and mix with boiled egg yolk in it.
  4. Add chopped onions, green chillies, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt and yellow egg yolk vegetables in it. Mix well.
  5. Fill the above stuffing inside the empty boiled egg white.
  6. Cover the stuffed egg by mashed potatoes.
  7. Add water in all purpose flour to form a thick batter.
  8. Dip the stuffed egg in the batter and deep fry it
  9. Serve hot with ketchup.
