Ingredients to make Afghani Bolani with Indian spices

  • flour...2cup
  • salt
  • oil
  • Boiled potato...3
  • spring onion...1bowl
  • Green chilli_ garlic paste...1tspn
  • Schezwan sauce...1tspn
  • Dhania_pudina chutney...1tspn
  • salt
  • butter for frying

How to make Afghani Bolani with Indian spices

  1. Make a dough of flour, cover it & keep aside.
  2. Heat oil, add chopped onion & fry it for few minutes.
  3. Add all sauces, green chilli_ garlic paste.Add salt
  4. Add boiled, mashed potato & spring onion.Mix it well & cook it for few minutes.
  5. Now roll the parantha with the help of rolling pin & fill with potato mixture.Cover it & make triangular shape.
  6. Heat butter & shallow fry the both side.
  7. Serve it hot with salad & any home made chutney.
