Here is a very easy and quick cup dhokla recipe which made within 5 minutes.

Cup Dhokla

Ingredients to make Cup Dhokla

  • 1 cup besan
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1tsp jeera
  • 1/4tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 slit chilli
  • 1/2 tbsp eno
  • salt to taste
  • 4-5 curry leaves
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup water

How to make Cup Dhokla

  1. IN A BOWL ADD BESAN AND GRATED GINGER.
  2. ADD SUGAR,TURMERIC
  3. ADD OIL
  4. ADD CURD AND SALT
  5. ADD LITTLE WATER
  6. ADD ENO
  7. MIX IT WELL
  8. POUR BATTER IN THE CUP
  9. MICROWAVE IT FOR 3 MINUTES
  10. AFTER 5 MINUTES REMOVE THE CUP DHOKLA
  11. INSERT TOOTHPICK AND CHECK ONCE
  12. IN A PAN ADD OIL
  13. ADD MUSTARD SEED AND JEERA
  14. ADD SLIT CHILLIES AND SUGAR
  15. ADD WATER
  16. LET IT BOIL AND ADD LEMON JUICE
  17. TURN OFF THE FLAME
  18. ADD TADKA WATER ON DHOKLA.
  19. SPREAD THE TADKA
  20. CUP DHOKLA IS READY TO SERVE
