Ingredients to make Palak chole tikki

  • spinach leaves blanched and chopped
  • 1 cup Chole boiled
  • 1/2 Tsp Garm masala
  • 1 cup Bred crumbs
  • oil for shallow frying
  • 100 grams Processed cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Chaat masala
  • salt to teast
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 2-3 Green chili

How to make Palak chole tikki

  1. SPINACH AN A PLACEIN GRINDER JAR , ADD GREEN CHILLIES AND GARLIC CLOVES
  2. ADD CHOLE BOILED
  3. ADD SALT GARM MASALA POWDER AND CHAT MASALA POWDER AND GRIND INTO MIXTURE
  4. ADD BREADCRUMBS TO THE SPINACH MIXTURE AND MIX WELL
  5. PROCESSED CHEESE INTO SMALL CUBE
  6. GREASE YOUR PALMS WITH OIL AND DIVIDE THE SPINACH MIXTURE IN TO EQUAL PORTIONS AND SHAPE THEM INTO BALLS STAFF EACH BALL WITH A CHEESE CUBE AND SHEAPE INTO TIKKIS
  7. HEAT SOME OIL IN NON STICK PAN AND ADD TIKKIS
  8. FRY TILL EVENLY GOLDEB FROM BOTH THE SIDES
  9. DRAIN ON ABSORBENT PAPER AND SERVE HOT WITH SAUCE.
