Ingredients to make Potato bhajji

  • 1 cup Garm flour
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • potato slice
  • 1 tsp Ajwan
  • A pinch turmeric powder
  • oil for frying
  • salt to test

How to make Potato bhajji

  1. TAKE BESAN FLOUR ADD CHILI POWDER , TURMERIC POWDER, SALT
  2. ADD AJWAIN AND WATER AND MAKE SMOOTH PASTE
  3. THEN SLICE POTATOES AND KEEP THEN IN COLD WATER
  4. NOW HEAT THE OIL IN PAN ON MEDIUM HEAT FOR DEEP FRYING FRY FEW POKARA AT ATIMP
  5. FRY THE TILL THEY ARE GOLDEN BROWN FROM BOTH THE SIDES
