Kulfa Saag Ki Kadhi

Ingredients to make Kulfa Saag Ki Kadhi

  • 250 gms kulfa saag
  • mustard oil 2 tbsp
  • mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • 2 red chilli dry
  • 1/4 tsp asafoetida
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 cup gram flour
  • 4 glass of water

How to make Kulfa Saag Ki Kadhi

  1. WASH 250 GMS KULFA SAAG.
  2. FINELY CHOPPED KULFA SAAG.
  3. KEEP ASIDE.
  4. HEAT 2 TBSP MUSTARD OIL ADD 1 TSP MUSTARD SEEDS, 1 TSP CUMIN SEEDS, 2 DRY CHILLIES
  5. ADD 1/4 TSP ASAFOETIDA, 1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER, 1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER.
  6. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER, MIX WELL.
  7. ADD FINELY CHOPPED KULFA SAAG AND MIX.
  8. ADD SALT TO TASTE, MIX WELL.
  9. ADD 1/4 CUP WATER, COVER AND COOK FOR 5 MINUTES.
  10. IN A MIXING BOWL ADD 1 CUP GRAM FLOUR, 1 CUP CURD, 4 GLASS WATER.
  11. MIX WELL.
  12. MAKE A SMOOTH RUNNING BATTER.
  13. NOW ADD CURD AND GRAM FLOUR BATTER.
  14. STIR CONTINUOUSLY.
  15. COOK IN MEDIUM FLAME.
  16. NOW HEAT OFF.
  17. TRANSFER IN SERVING BOWL.
  18. SERVE HOT.
  19. TASTY YUMMY KADHI.
