Onion bajji

Ingredients to make Onion bajji

  • besan flour 1 cup
  • Rice flour 1/4cup
  • salt
  • onions - 2
  • oil

How to make Onion bajji

  1. Whisk a smooth batter with besan, rice flour, salt and water. Make sure that there are no lumps and is a smooth batter.
  2. Cut roundels of the onions and dip each roundel in the batter and deep fry them in hot oil. Serve hot.
