Mix maida, salt in a mixing bowl, add required amount of water to it and knead semi soft dough, keep aside to rest.
Chop the cabbage and garlic
Heat oil in a pan, add cabbage & garlic, saute for few minutes.
Add salt and garam masala powder. Let this cook without addition of any extra water.
Cook it with lid on, for 5 minutes, then it is ready for filling
Now make a sack with the maida dough and fill it with cabbage filling
Steam the momos in a steamer for 15-20 minutes.
You can also deep fry them instead of steaming.
